This policy explains the case-specific approach used for digital products and services. It does not promise automatic refunds for every purchase or reverse public blockchain transactions.
Digital marketplace purchases
Digital products and services can be consumed, accessed, or delivered immediately or through manual processing. For that reason, refund eligibility is evaluated case by case and is not automatic.
Completed or delivered items
A completed or delivered digital item is generally not eligible for refund merely because a customer changes their mind. This includes AUTO-delivered items after usable delivery has been released. Applicable legal rights are not excluded.
Automatic-delivery concerns
If an AUTO item fails to release, is inaccessible, or appears materially different from the listing, open a support ticket promptly. The marketplace may review fulfillment records, delivery content, and the related order state before deciding an appropriate remedy.
Manual-delivery concerns
MANUAL items require processing and are not promised instantly. If fulfillment fails, cannot reasonably be completed, or remains unresolved, support may review the order for delivery, replacement, wallet credit, or another appropriate outcome.
Incorrect or non-working delivery claims
Provide a clear description of the issue through the authenticated support system. Do not expose credentials or secrets unnecessarily. USA Top Service may ask for non-sensitive evidence and may test or review fulfillment information before resolving the claim.
Duplicate payments
A verified duplicate payment for the same intended purchase can be reviewed. Available remedies depend on the payment method, order state, and whether the duplicate can be reliably attributed to the customer and request.
Wallet refunds
When a refund is approved, USA Top Service may issue an account wallet credit where appropriate. Wallet credits are recorded in the customer transaction ledger and may be subject to account or order controls.
Blockchain payments
Blockchain transfers generally cannot be cancelled or reversed by USA Top Service. An approved remedy for a crypto-funded order does not reverse the original network transaction and may be provided through wallet credit or another reviewed method.
Commonly ineligible situations
A request may be declined when digital delivery was completed and usable, when the issue results from unsupported use, when a customer supplied incorrect blockchain instructions, when evidence indicates abuse or fraud, or when the request falls outside any applicable rights and cannot be reasonably verified.
How to request review
Open a support ticket from the customer account associated with the order. Include the order reference, affected item, issue description, and relevant non-sensitive evidence. Refund eligibility and the available remedy are determined after review.
