These Terms govern use of USA Top Service, including customer accounts, marketplace orders, payments, fulfillment, reviews, and support.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using USA Top Service, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced by them. If you do not agree, do not use the marketplace.
Account responsibility
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and keep your email access current. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Do not share passwords, two-factor codes, or recovery codes.
- Do not create accounts for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
- Use session-management tools when a device or session is no longer trusted.
Marketplace use
USA Top Service provides access to active digital product and service listings. Availability, stock, descriptions, pricing, and fulfillment type may vary by listing. Customers must review the product page before purchase.
Pricing and checkout
Prices and eligible discounts are displayed during checkout and validated by the server. The final order record controls the amount due. An order may remain pending until payment is successfully verified.
Payments and crypto network responsibility
Supported checkout options may include wallet balance and configured direct cryptocurrency methods. For crypto payments, you are responsible for using the exact asset, network, address, and amount displayed by the marketplace.
- Network fees are separate from the amount requested by the marketplace unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Blockchain confirmation time is outside marketplace control.
- Wrong-address and wrong-network transfers may be unrecoverable.
- A transfer does not make an order paid until it is detected and verified for the intended request.
Wallet balance
Marketplace wallet balance is an account feature for supported purchases. It is not represented as a bank account, investment product, or transferable cryptocurrency wallet. Deposits and credits remain subject to verification and account controls.
Delivery and fulfillment
AUTO products may release delivery after successful payment and fulfillment checks. MANUAL products require administrator processing. Mixed orders can contain items with different fulfillment states. No universal delivery time is promised.
Prohibited misuse
Do not use the marketplace for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, fraud, payment manipulation, system interference, credential abuse, harassment, or attempts to bypass product, order, or account controls. Fraudulent chargeback or payment-dispute abuse may lead to investigation or account restrictions.
Reviews and support conduct
Reviews and support messages must be truthful, relevant, and respectful. Do not post secrets, personal data belonging to others, malicious content, or misleading claims. Reviews may be moderated under marketplace review rules.
Service availability
Marketplace features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, network conditions, security events, or operational changes. USA Top Service may update, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
Intellectual property
The USA Top Service name, interface, original marketplace content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Product-specific rights and permitted use remain subject to the relevant listing and rights holder.
Reasonable limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, USA Top Service is not responsible for losses caused solely by customer credential disclosure, incorrect blockchain details supplied by the customer, public-network congestion, or third-party services outside reasonable marketplace control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Account restriction or closure
Accounts may be restricted or closed when reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate misuse, enforce these Terms, or preserve marketplace integrity. Account closure does not erase records that must be retained for orders, payments, security, disputes, or fraud prevention.
Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means the new terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
